It’s an all Centerplate Super Bowl. This Sunday, February 7^th, Centerplate has the honor of hosting the biggest day in sport, Super Bowl XLIV in Miami, FL at Sun Life Stadium. Furthermore two of Centerplate’s clients the Saints and the Colts square off against each other in order to determine the NFL Championship.

Although this is the first all Centerplate Super Bowl, we are certainly no stranger to world class events. We have provided hospitality for 11 Super Bowls, 10 Pro Bowls, 20 World Series, 15 official U.S. Presidential Inaugural Balls, and hosted the largest plated dinner in history.

 

The expected 70,000 guests attending this year’s Super Bowl will be delighted with the unique South Florida style menu our own Chef Orlando Morales has prepared. His menu will include everything from Maggie’s Empanadas along to the original Everglades BBQ and Mama’s Italian Ice, to traditional stadium snack favorites.

 

No matter what happens on the field, Centerplate is sure to be crowned a winner by everyone in attendance at Sun Life Stadium. Good luck to both teams on Sunday, we are looking forward to hosting a great game.
